1. Services Provided

C&R Cleaning R Us offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and general exterior cleaning.

2. Quotes & Estimates

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs upon inspection.

  • We will always inform you of any adjustments before work begins.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept [list your payment methods: cash, check, credit card, etc.].

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service.

  • We will return to address the issue at no additional cost, within reasonable limits.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the property (including gates, pets, vehicles, etc.).

  • Remove or secure fragile items near work areas.

  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage or concerns before work begins.

7. Liability

  • C&R Cleaning R Us is fully insured; however, we are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage to property.

    • Issues caused by unsafe conditions beyond our control.

    • Losses resulting from customer’s failure to follow recommendations.

8. Website Use

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of C&R Cleaning R Us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse our content or attempt to interfere with site functionality.

9. Changes to Terms

C&R Cleaning R Us may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
